Through healing and learning from her own health issues, came a desire to help others navigate their own health and fitness journey, especially as we are aging. Starting as a client with Alex back in 2011, she officially joined his team in 2017.

Dana believes in a holistic and individualized approach to health and wellness. She is continually educating herself, most recently earning her Associates Degree in Applied Nutrition, so that she can better serve our members.

Hi team, my name is Adriana Ahedo, I’m a lawyer by profession, but trainer by vocation. I’m so excited to work at Extreme Fitness and be part of a community that strives every day to achieve their goals.

Personally, I like to focus on quality training, with correct postures and movements to avoid injuries; connecting mind and muscle awareness in each repetition. I’m enjoying the process and being patient with my body improvements.

Working out has been a fundamental part of my life, apart from working my body, I work my mind, developing a passion for fitness. as well as wishing the same feeling and results for all Extreme Fitness members.

With a background in holistic healing and competitive sports Isa has a passion for helping those find balance within their mind and body through working out. 

After going through her own health and fitness journey and falling in love with strength training, she became a trainer in 2020. Her goal is to help you feel confident in and out of the gym, aiming to get your form on point and make sure you have a good time while doing it!
