Coach Angel

Coach Angel is a seasoned athlete and passionate running enthusiast with over a decade of experience in the field. His love for running began at an early age and has evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others achieve their running goals.

With a background in competitive track and field, Coach Angel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his coaching practice. He has successfully coached athletes of all levels, from beginners embarking on their first 5K to seasoned marathon runners aiming for personal bests.

Coach Angel believes that running is not just a physical activity but a transformative journey that encompasses mental strength, determination, and perseverance. He takes a holistic approach to coaching, focusing on proper form, injury prevention, nutrition, and mental strategies to optimize performance.

Coach Dana (Manager)

Through healing and learning from her own health issues, came a desire to help others navigate their own health and fitness journey, especially as we are aging. Starting as a client with Alex back in 2011, she officially joined his team in 2017.

Dana believes in a holistic and individualized approach to health and wellness. She is continually educating herself, most recently earning her Associates Degree in Applied Nutrition, so that she can better serve our members.

Coach Adriana

Hi team, my name is Adriana Ahedo, I’m a lawyer by profession, but trainer by vocation.

I’m so excited to work at Extreme Fitness and be part of a community that strives every day to achieve their goals.

Personally, I like to focus on quality training, with correct postures and movements to avoid injuries; connecting mind and muscle awareness in each repetition. I’m enjoying the process and being patient with my body improvements.

Working out has been a fundamental part of my life, apart from working my body, I work my mind, developing a passion for fitness. As well, as wishing the same feeling and results for all Extreme Fitness members.

With a background in holistic healing and competitive sports Isa has a passion for helping those find balance within their mind and body through working out.

After going through her own health and fitness journey and falling in love with strength training, she became a trainer in 2020. Her goal is to help you feel confident in and out of the gym, aiming to get your form on point and make sure you have a good time while doing it!

Assistant Trainer Alex Foster

I started coming to Extreme Fitness looking for help and support with recovery after an ACL surgery. I instantly fell in love. Once I ended my 14 year long soccer career at 18 years old, I continued to train at Extreme Fitness and never looked back. With the encouragement of Alex Verdugo and the amazing support system at EF, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition that same year. With Extreme Fitness, I have found a new passion of mine and now I will be competing in my second body competition.

I strive to be an inspiration to those around me and advocate that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. I have dealt with my own health and self confidence issues in the past, and discovering my passion for health and fitness with EX has truly saved me. Thanks to everyone there, I have grown so much mentally and physically. I hope I can do the same for current and future members.

Nadia Asfar

It all started at Extreme Fitness, where I took my very first Yoga class! Shortly after my first class I feel in love with my practice and i completed my 200 hour Vinyasa flow Teacher training at BirdRock yoga! I’ve been practicing for a little over 8 years now. Constantly learning and deepening my practice so that I can combine creative sequencing, playfulness and little inspiration to help deepen your own personal practice. Coach Cat

Cat has continuously been passionate about staying active for many years. It all started from her love of running, then in the recent years, becoming a cyclist and triathlete.

Strength training became her most recent passion because of the many health benefits for her, both physically and mentally. She encourages everyone to be active and stay fit no matter your age or physical fitness level.
